Can you chain the can to the fence?

All of our CWS cans must be lifted and dumped using our truck’s hydraulics—so please, no chains. The cans need to be in place by 4 a.m., placed no more than 2 feet from the road’s edge. The can must be 20 feet from any obstacle to either side and 5 feet from the rear. We recommend the can be set out the night before.

If I have more trash after my weekly pickup, will you come back that same week?

Our extra pickup day is on Wednesday. You must let us know (give us a call (325) 216-8328 or email us at info@countywasteservice.com). There is an additional fee.

Wednesdays are our bulk trash pickup days, so if you have an excess amount of trash, let us know and we can come back that day.

Also, if you need an additional can for regular use, we can deliver that to you. There is an additional fee to your monthly service for an additional can.

What are the requirements and fees for bulk trash pick up?

Bulk pickup day is Wednesday. There is an hourly rate for bulk pickup.

Please call the office to let us know what you have for pick up and for the current rate.  (325) 216-8328

The only holidays when we do not pick up on are Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. If your pickup day falls on one of these major holidays, we will come the very next day to collect your trash. You will NOT have to wait another week.

If my pickup day falls under one of those 3 holidays, when will you come back to get my trash?

Can I lock the lid of my trash can?

Please do not lock the cans, or use bungee cords, rope, or other restraints to secure the container. Doing so could cause a service interruption. Our drivers need access to the trash can.

What time can I expect him to come on my scheduled pick up day?

The time will depend entirely on where your home lies on the driver’s route. Our drivers start as early as 4 a.m. and pick up throughout the day, going until 5-6 p.m.

What if the driver misses my house?

Our customer service is very important to us. That is why we use state-of-the-art technology in our trucks.

Each driver carries a tablet in his truck that shows every stop on his route. Each stop is geo-coded with longitude and latitude. The locations are marked with a pin.

When the driver arrives at each stop, he either marks off the pin or takes a picture to show there is no can at that location.

We strive to provide you with excellent service and ensure we never miss a single customer.
